Given the “no go 5071 Helena Lake Rd.” in my bail conditions I need to apply to have the Order changed. This application first goes to Crown Counsel for their consent which negates the need for a 100 Mile House Court appearance and related costs for the taxpayer and for myself. The Crown is not to withhold such consent without reasonable cause. My suggestion in my letter of complaint to the Regional Crown is that Sabina Thompson, the Williams Lake Administrative Crown Counsel, has delayed dealing with this application such that the Crown’s consent has effectively been denied.
When the Crown fails to consent to the change the matter gores before a judge. If this matter is not cleared up by my next Court appearance in 100 Mile House on 05-JUN-2013 the taxpayer and me take another bath. WHY ????
